Danielle Goulden
Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant
Danielle is our qualified and professional results-oriented executive and non-profit consultant with comprehensive experience in non-profit operational management, human resources, strategic planning and facilitation, financial management, community relations, and risk management.
She is proficient at providing services and expertise on strategic planning, non-profit executive management, policy analysis, policy & procedure writing and implementation, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, program and project development and delivery, creating relationships with key stakeholders, funders, and community partners.
Off the clock, you can catch Danielle in the crowds cheering on her son who plays with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, traveling, being active outdoors with her husband and spoiling her granddaughter!
Olivia Cottrill
Founder, COO, Creative Director
Olivia brings her experience in complex project coordination and operational management in the architectural/economic development industry, in addition to her qualified communications, marketing and event management expertise to the team.
She works closely to support Danielle, Lead Consultant and other key personnel on projects to deliver professional services efficiently and ensure collaboration and communication are fluid in complex projects. In addition to her marketing & communications background she is currently studying interior design and the Project Management Professional (PMP) curricula. Olivia is a member of the Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation with ancestral roots in the Očhéthi Šakówin territory.
Off the clock, you will find Olivia spending lot's of time with friends and family, camping and tackling DIY home projects. She currently volunteers as the Albert Park Community Association's Co-President in Regina, SK.
